Parker is one of three returning Bison this season as he enters his sophomore campaign.  He saw action in 11 games as a freshman.  Parker is a three time Three Rivers All-Conference basketball recipient, two time District player of the year, and earned All-State honors. He is a graduate of Fort Gibson High School and the son of Bill and Jana Parker
