Kirkpatrick joins OBU from North Central Texas College where he was a First Team All-Conference selection last season.  While at Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Worth, Texas, he was a First Team All-Conference selection.  Kirkpatrick is the son of James Beverly Kirkpatrick.
