Having retired from OBU as dean of the College of Nursing in 1999, Dr. Dicky returned to OBU as an occasional adjunct faculty and more recently as a regular faculty in the Master of Science in Nursing Program. Her specialty areas include nursing research, teaching strategies and evaluation and measurement in nursing education. Dr. Dicky also served as director of the Residency Program, funded by a generous grant courtesy of the Community Foundation of Oklahoma.
