Jennifer Barnett is an instructor of OBU's Intensive English Program. She serves as minister of education for Indian Nations Baptist Church in Seminole; as director and teacher at the Robert Haskins School of Leadership for the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma; and as an instructor in OBU's Ministry Training Institute.

Barnett earned a bachelor's degree in English literature from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She earned a master's degree in New Testament and religion, graduating summa cum laude, from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Mass. She currently is working toward a master's degree in applied linguistics from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
