Dr. Clark teaches lessons and classes in voice at OBU. His students perform in auditions, recitals and church services. Many of his former students are successful professional performers, teachers and church musicians throughout the United States. Clark served in the 680th USAF Band as a clarinetist, drum major, glee club director, vocal coach and vocal soloist. After completion of a degree in music from OBU he taught in Pocahontas, Arkansas, establishing vocal music programs in that area. Later he served as chairman of the Music Department of Free Will Baptist Bible College in Nashville, Tennessee, where he established a program of studies for a major in music. His choir was featured on the NBC program, "Great Choirs of America". He has directed music in churches in Arkansas, Tennessee and Oklahoma and has performed vocal solos, recitals, and music drama roles in several states and in Canada, Switzerland and Italy. He has been a performing artist in conferences of Oklahoma Music Teachers Association, and in regional and national conferences of National Association of Teachers of Singing. He frequently performs solos with "Talk of the Town Orchestra" in cities of Oklahoma and adjudicates in contests for Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association, and for other music organizations. His biography is included in publications of Who's Who in the South, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Education; and Outstanding Educators of America.

Professional Activities He has sung 30 major roles in opera and other music dramas including La Boheme, Madame Butterfly, Gianni Schicchi, Falstaff, La Prodigue, The Telephone, Amahl and the Night Visitors, The Consul, The Crucible, 1776, Messiah, Israel in Eqypt, The Passion According to St. Mathew, Christmas Oratorio, Mass in G Major, Magnificat in D Major, and The Seven Last Words of Christ. He has lectured in churches and at state and national church conventions on topics regarding church music usage and has served as vocal clinician in churches and schools.
