Music History

Music History offers a wide variety of courses designed to strengthen your knowledge of musical trends and genres, stylistic idioms, and major composers and performers.

These courses include opportunites to study the history of European music, American music, and music of other cultures.

Courses satisfy requirements for all music degrees, and additional courses are available as electives for both music majors and general studies students.
