Church Music
Oklahoma Baptist University has a track record of providing some of the finest leaders in music ministry and church music. Continuing to build on that foundation, the Church Music Department wants to train worship leaders who are flexible enough to face the variety of musical circumstances found in today’s music ministries and who lead from a servant’s heart. There are degree options in church music and worship arts for the music major as well as those students with a major in another field. Practical field experiences in worship can be found in the local church internship, chapel leadership on campus, and as paid worship leaders in area churches.Ways To Study Church Music
