Dr. Kevin Pruiett teaches applied trumpet and directs the Bison Jazz Orchestra. Dr. Pruiett has studied with Dr. Michael Ewald and Ray Sasaki at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Dr. W. Parker Melvin at Eastern Illinois University, Randy Reyman and Dr. Christopher Krummel at Millikin University. Dr. Pruiett stays very busy as a performer and clinician in central Oklahoma performing varied genres of music including classical, jazz, church music, rhythm and blues, and other forms of commercial music.
