Dr. David Byland, has been teaching since 1983 and joined the OBU faculty in 1991. He served as President of the Broadcast Education Association (http://www.beaweb.org) for 2006-2007 and was the 2000-2001 president of the Oklahoma Broadcast Education Association. Dr. Byland teaches classes in electronic media production as well as courses in the Communication Arts Core.
